Each private session is a fully customized experience, designed to meet you exactly where you are and help you progress toward your personal goals. In our 55 minutes together, I’ll guide you through exercises that focus on strength, flexibility, and control, all with personalized adjustments and encouragement.
10-Session Package
$3000
For those committed to making meaningful progress, my 10-session package offers a pathway to long-term results. A minimum of 2 sessions per week is required, allowing us to build strength, improve alignment, and progress safely toward your goals. With consistent practice, each session becomes more impactful, ensuring steady and rewarding improvement over time.
