This 1:1 online breathwork session is a guided journey into your body and breath, offering a space to release, reconnect, and restore.
We’ll begin by setting a clear intention, then move into a two-part transformational breathwork practice designed to open pathways for emotional and energetic release.
You’ll be gently supported through grounding techniques that calm the nervous system and help you integrate what arises. After the active breathing phase, you’ll be given time to rest, reflect, and absorb what your breath has revealed.
